The landlord is a very kind and helpful couple who are always there when you need them. The best part about living here is the cheap rent, and overall, I’ve had a positive experience.

I really enjoyed living in this cozy house with a great view and ample parking space. The location is a bit uphill, which can be tough after a long day, but it's manageable if you have a car. The landlord is nice, approachable, and trustworthy, always quick to respond and genuinely cares about his tenants. With everything included in the reasonable rent of $185 for a studio room for a couple, plus the convenience of a dryer and heaters in both bathrooms, it made for a hassle-free living experience.
