The flat had significant issues, including bad carpet and vinyl, sloping floors, holes in the floor, and mould in most rooms. While the bathroom is set to be replaced in 2018 and the kitchen is small, the location is great and there's a good outside area for friends. The landlord is pretty responsive, but since they are a property manager, changes often depend on the house owner. Overall, the location is the best part, but the flat itself leaves much to be desired.

The flat has a good location, a cool roof, and decent off-street parking, which I appreciate. However, the shower is terrible, the carpets are rank, and the place is pretty damp and averagely cold. Be cautious with the landlord; they will try to take advantage of you and expect you to care more about the flat than they do.
The house is very close to campus, which is definitely the best thing about it. It's pretty warm and has good sound insulation. The landlord is very casual, quick to respond, and doesn't bother you, but the kitchen is quite small.
