Insulated, but draughty around windows and doors. Expensive to keep heated for the size, despite good heat pump. Ongoing issues with rats, mice and spiders - impossible to keep mice out of pantry because of how the pipes are put in, and would often get attic dust coming down into pantry from rats moving around. Because property manager would only bait if you complained, and only in the unit that complained not the attached ones, the rodents return about every 2-3 months. Stove and fridge never worked very well. Property manager would usually respond to complaints, but everything got fixed half-assed so would become a problem again. Great location near beach, quiet neighbours, feels safe because neighbours are around most of the time. Can hear through the walls, so if noisy people move in the vibe would change. Basically, priced low for a reason. Livable, but make sure all food is in sealed containers, and invest in draught excluders.
