The kitchen is far too small, and the room is very cold because some areas are quite large, causing warm air to escape; we barely get any sun to warm up the space. While I appreciate the more private setting, the landlord and property manager have been unhelpful and sometimes unprofessional, often unable to answer our questions. The worst aspects are the cold, lack of sunlight, tiny kitchen, and the yard we were excited about, which isn't usable because it’s never mowed.
