I really like the flat; it gets some sun in all the bedrooms, although it can be cold during winter. The landlord is quick to respond and fixes any problems without being intrusive, which is great. The best thing about the place is definitely the water pressure in the shower, but the cold can be a downside.

The house is almost warm during the evening, which is nice, but it can be quite cold in the morning. The landlord is super young and very easy to talk to, making communication a breeze. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
