The house is quite good value for money at $550 per week for a large, nice space with lovely, large yards. However, it gets extremely cold in the winter, making it unlivable without a fire or heaters. I had a frustrating experience with the owner, who hid behind the property manager and took seven weeks to respond to my request for compensation for a burst pipe, which took 17 days to repair. I only received compensation when a tenancy tribunal hearing was scheduled.
