The shower water pressure is pretty bad, as is the kitchen tap, and there's a leak in one of the bedrooms, though the landlords assured us it won't leak again. On the plus side, the landlord is fantastic—super quick to address any issues and very easy to contact. Overall, it's great value for money with efficient property managers, but the shower water pressure is definitely the worst aspect.

I really enjoyed living in this flat due to its great location, super close to uni, and the decent backyard. The double brick construction kept it nice and warm, although the water pressure was a downside. The landlord was great and got things done, but you have to be persistent. Overall, the best part was definitely the zeta reputation.
The house has a lean in one of the rooms and isn't very modern, but it's good for its price—I wouldn't pay much more. The landlords are great at addressing issues really quickly, which I appreciate. The best thing about the place is its location and price, although the worst part is that it's on the main highway.
The best thing about this flat is definitely the location and price. It's convenient and affordable, making it a great choice for students. Overall, I had a positive experience living here.
The house has a great location and price, making it an ideal choice for students. I haven't encountered any major issues with the landlord or the property itself. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience here.
