The house has some weird windows that don't always let in much light, and parking is a real hassle. It takes about half an hour to get to uni. The landlord is hit or miss—sometimes he sorts issues out quickly, but other times he just ignores them. Overall, it's pretty average all round.

The house is on Vogel St, and the landlord, who lives in the building, is a nice guy and doesn't usually conduct flat inspections. The best part is that it just fits a pool table, but the downside is dealing with loud roommates and the occasional party upstairs.
The best thing about the flat is definitely the warmth, which makes it cozy during colder months. However, the worst aspect is the lack of air flow, which can make the space feel stuffy at times.
