Great location, but noisy when the helicopter goes to/from the hospital. The longue can get pretty cosy with the heat pump, but the bedrooms and bathroom were always cold. Grotty kitchen and lots of previous tenants property left for us to deal with. The landlord was okay - he would deal with somethings fairly quickly, but was always a bit weird and did not communicate well. Would show up unannounced, which was uncomfortable. All fixes on the flat were low quality and left a mess.
