The apartment itself is wonderful in almost all areas, with great convenience, cleanliness, and newness. However, the property manager was appalling; despite pointing out a broken window during the first viewing and constantly reminding them, it remained unfixed for the entire year. Additionally, I often received last-minute notifications about flat visits, showing a lack of understanding of tenant rights. Also, the Internet provided should be considered non-existent, so it's best to budget for your own provider.

I lived in a newly renovated single house in the city centre, right behind an espresso bar. It has a warm, homely character and a relaxing atmosphere, although it's not very soundproof, which lets in some outside noise. The property manager is absolutely fabulous—friendly, understanding, and quick to help. The best features are the kitchen/living area, location, balcony, and new carpet, but the downside is the missing wall insulation and uneven floors throughout the house.
I think this place is a good idea for couples, especially to make it affordable. The landlord is easy to reach via text, which is helpful. The best thing about the house is that it's warm and dry, and honestly, I can't think of anything bad to say!
