The house has mould growing in the lounge, but the bedrooms are really warm and get good afternoon sun. Unfortunately, the property manager is often slow to respond and doesn't keep us informed about maintenance work until the night before, if at all. The best part is definitely the sunlight in the bedrooms, but the poor insulation for noise, heat, and mould prevention is a significant downside.
