The house has decent-sized bedrooms, a good kitchen, and laundry, but the lounge has an awkward layout and the house is very cold. Despite having a fire and a heat pump, the lack of sunlight in most rooms makes it freezing without extra heating. The landlord is reliable and quick to fix any issues, though he doesn't do regular property checks. Overall, the best aspect is the size of the rooms, while the worst is definitely the cold.

Living in this flat was a bit of a cruskit for us; it took a real pounding from our parties, but overall, it’s an absolute shitter to live in. The walls are rotten, the carpet is old, and it’s always cold and dark inside, despite being close to uni. The landlord is easy-going and gets things fixed, but he takes a long time to reply since he’s busy. We definitely paid too much for this place.
The house is damp and dreary, and it's constantly warmer outside than inside, making it feel like Antarctica. While the location is decent, the house itself has been built back to front. On the plus side, the landlord is a lovely man and an ideal landlord; he promptly fixes anything that's broken and doesn't conduct flat inspections.
The house has its drawbacks, mainly the dampness and lack of sun, with only the back room and kitchen getting decent light, especially during winter. However, the small size makes it easy to heat if you're willing to use the heat pump and keep doors open. On the plus side, the landlord is great—he's responsive and only gets involved when needed.
The house has a big space, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, it can be quite noisy at times. Overall, my experience has been mixed.
