The house is cold, moldy, and on a lean, which makes for an uncomfortable living situation. The landlord is a nice guy, but I've only interacted with him at the beginning and haven't had any contact since signing. The best thing about the place is its proximity to everything, but the worst aspects are the mold and the noise from the road.

The flat is cheap and conveniently close to uni, which is a definite plus. However, it can get quite cold and has a noticeable slope. The landlord means well but sometimes forgets to respond, so I’ve had to follow up with him a few times. The best and worst thing about the place is its proximity to the halls. It does come with some free stuff, which is nice.
