The location of the house is actually quite good, but getting there by car can be tricky since it's on one of the steepest and narrowest streets in Wellington. I've had a lot of hassle with the application process due to technical errors and slow responses, and we're already on our third or fourth property manager halfway through the year—some have been helpful, while others have not. The best thing about the place is definitely the price, but the worst part has been the mould growing on our possessions.
