The house has a great location and the front two rooms get excellent sun, plus there's a nice flow from the living area to the kitchen. However, the shower pressure is terrible, and while the landlord is responsive, he tends to appear out of the blue. The rent is high, and the flat is cold since it's not insulated or double glazed, which is typical for flats.

The house has two toilets, which is a great feature, and the location is fantastic. However, I've experienced issues with the door getting jammed in winter, which can be quite frustrating. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
The house was fine, but the landlord was quite unresponsive at times. The best thing about living here was the location, which was really convenient. However, the worst thing was the lack of maintenance, as some issues took a while to be addressed.
