Value

The house is very cold with no insulation, and despite the landlord's promise to install it, nothing has happened yet. While the landlord has a good response time—replacing the stove and cleaning the gutters when I reported issues—the delayed response regarding insulation is frustrating. The property feels run down with a mishmash of past alterations. The best thing about it is the location, but the lack of insulation and a fresh air clothes line are definitely the worst aspects.
