The house is very cold and not well maintained, which is definitely the worst part of living here. The decent-sized bedrooms are a plus, but the landlord, while really nice and just a couple of houses away, can be hard to get a hold of. Her concern for tenant safety is important, but the coldness remains a significant issue.

The house is no colder than any other Dunedin flats in winter, and the best thing about it is the price. The landlord is very good, usually responding within a day and is easily contactable since they live nearby—an amazing person overall. However, it does take a lot of work to keep the place clean.
I really liked the flat; it was nice and warm thanks to the heat pump. The landlord was responsive and caring, even helping me when I locked myself out a couple of times. The location and price were great, but the only downside was the lack of a dishwasher.
The house is good, and I really appreciate the sun and the price. However, the worst thing has been the roof leaking.
