There's a busy brothel on the level below, so lots of people come in and out, occasionally going to the wrong level. So that's not great security The flat had a cockroach infestation and needed multiple treatments, not confident the problem has been fixed as there's an elevator shaft. Leak issue from the balcony when the rain is heavy. Property managers are nice people but the building needs work. Windows are single glazed and cold. Mouldy smell from the elevator shaft.
