Te Aro, Wellington
One of the coldest flats I've ever lived in, at least in the south facing side of the house where the lounge, kitchen, and study/spare bedroom are. Those rooms get absolutely no sun and the combination with it being a solid concrete building means it is absolutely arctic - in winter you could run the most powerful space heater you can buy (2400w) full blast with the door closed in the lounge all evening and it would barely get warm, and it's not even a particularly large room. A heat pump would improve things massively - to be fair I didn't ask the landlord for one. Other than that, pretty good. Paint is a bit rough but the bedrooms are good sizes, have lots of storage and get decent sun compared to rest of house - same with bathroom. No real mould or moisture issues through house either despite the cold. Landlord was good to deal with. Paid way too much rent but that's because there were only 2 of us in there and we kept one room spare, though it's too small for 3 people really.
