The flat was easy to heat since it was north facing, but it was very small, and there was no room in the kitchen for the fridge, which was a pain in the bum. The bathroom was adequate with good hot water pressure. Overall, it’s a nice flat for a professional couple, and the glorious sun is definitely the best thing about it, though having the fridge in the sunroom was the worst part.
