The flat is fully insulated with double glazed windows and a heat pump, making it fairly modern and comfortable at an excellent rental rate. While it’s about a 15-20 minute walk to Uni and 30 minutes to the Med School, it’s close to Gardens New World and Fatty Lane. The landlord is responsive and maintains the property well, and the flat includes essential appliances, two bathrooms, and good storage space. My room fits a single bed, desk, wardrobe, and more, but a double bed would make it a bit cramped. Overall, my only minor concern is the distance from Uni.

The house is quite warm, with a modern kitchen and bathroom, although there is some mould that can develop in the bathroom if you don't leave the window open. The landlord may need a reminder, but he will get things done if you ask. The best thing about the flat is definitely the warmth, while the worst aspect is the location.
