This flat is not quiet, lacks a space for a dining room table, and paying the rent honestly puts me into a pool of depression; I had to leave Wellington because of it. The landlords are fine, but they clearly chopped up one house into three and jacked up the rent to make money, which feels pretty awful. The best thing about the place is being in the Valley, but almost everything else is a nightmare—maggots, flies, bugs, and no breathing room lead to a feeling of claustrophobia.
