The house is very, very cold, and you can see your breath at all hours; only one side gets sun. The bedroom next to the bathroom is the largest but also the darkest and coldest, with a skylight that drips condensation onto the carpet. The kitchen is ridiculously large with minimal bench space, but the new heat pump in the living room helps. The previous property manager was almost non-existent, but the new landlords are a breeze to deal with, quickly addressing issues and looking to improve the flat. Overall, if they do the place up, it could be a premium flat in a quiet neighborhood without an expensive price tag.

I really appreciate the warmth of this flat, which features a double-glazed living room, a brand new heat pump, and a huge kitchen along with three large bedrooms and one small one. It's definitely one of the warmer flats in Dunedin. Dealing with the property manager is much easier than with the landlord, but the leaking shower is a downside.
The flat has three big rooms and one small room, which is great for space. The rent and location are the best aspects, but it can get quite cold at times. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
