Overall, the flat is good value for money compared to other properties in Wellington, with a nice living space. However, the bathrooms are deteriorating due to ineffective extractor fans, and the kitchen fan just pushes smoke around instead of venting it out. It's definitely more suited for students since you can hear everything happening in the complex, which makes it hard to sleep. The property agency was okay, but they tried to intimidate us and refused to cover costs for issues that weren't our fault, so I recommend documenting everything when you move in.
