10/10 first flatting experience! landlord is this lovely guy who was over within the hour to fix any issues we had, without having to go through the tenancy angency. he even lent us some gardening tools and we started up a little garden with veggies and fruits! the grape vine in the sunroom is to die for, and the apple tree in the backyard meant we had some mean apple crumble. close enough to uni to walk (20 minutes) and a new world just 10 minutes away too!
