The flat is just a 5-minute walk to uni and has a nice new kitchen and bathroom, plus a free car park. However, I've experienced issues with dampness, a lack of sun, and no clothes dryer, and there are a lot of wasps in the summer. On the plus side, Edinburgh Reality has been really good at addressing any concerns and has always been friendly. Overall, the best thing about this place is its location.
