The landlords are great and easy to deal with, always trying their best to fix problems quickly. The flat is in a fantastic location, less than 5 minutes' walk from St Daves, but it doesn't get much sun and can feel quite cold, especially underfoot. The kitchen is small but new, and while the bathroom is fairly modern, the noise from upstairs can be quite disruptive. I also find it annoying that there's no dryer, and one of the rooms is really small with a tiny window, while the others are of average size.

The house has only three bedrooms that get sun, but the living room was warm all year round as it retained sun easily. I sometimes heard noise from downstairs, and we had to share the washing line with them. The landlord was great and fixed things we asked for very promptly, including buying us a new fridge. The best part was definitely the living room, while the worst was the size of my bedroom.
The house has no sun, making it cold and loud, which is a significant downside. On the bright side, one room is insulated, but overall, the lack of sunlight really impacts the living experience. I can't say much about the landlord, as I haven't had any interactions.
The house has a good location, which is definitely a plus. However, I found it to be mouldy, which was quite disappointing. Overall, my experience has been mixed.
The house has no sun in winter, which can be quite challenging. However, the landlord is good to deal with and even contributed money towards a heat pump, which helps. Overall, the lack of sunlight is definitely the worst aspect.
