Neighborhood is super stuffy. House is concrete and block, it seeps moisture in from all angles during rainfall. Carpet in bedrooms and downstairs is a total mold magnet. House has to be constantly aired out or it quickly gets unbearable. Even just trying to heat a couple rooms to sleep well will set you back $500+ on electric a month. Pool constantly attracts leaves, has no real usable deck space, and is overexposed. ADU over garage could house someone, but its going to get intimate. Property management is wholly disengaged and ineffectual - actual landlord owners are nice though.
