Landlord
The house has a good location and decent sun in summer, but it’s cold, old, draughty, and damp in winter, with a wet garage. The landlord, a wealthy older woman, shows little regard for the inconvenience caused. Overall, while the location is great, the winter conditions make it quite uncomfortable.
