The house is very nice and new, warm and sunny, with a beautiful deck on both the top and bottom floors. The landlord is a nice guy who is proud of the house he built himself and wants tenants to take care of it. The interior and the deck are amazing, but the design is small, so every part is on top of each other, making it not very quiet; I can hear when my flatmate downstairs opens her cupboards.

I lived in a very luxurious, newly built flat that had an amazing front deck in a quiet area. The landlord was such a nice guy and clearly passionate about the flat since he built it himself. The only downside was that it was a wee bit noisy structurally.
