The flat has two outside bedrooms or sleep-outs, which can be a downside, but the large bedrooms are a definite plus. The landlord is helpful and listens to suggestions; when we mentioned the bright security light from Couplands shining into one bedroom, he promptly installed blackout curtains that work perfectly. The bathroom was updated at the start of 2013, which is nice.
