The flat has a huge lounge and decent-sized rooms, but the bathroom gets quite cold in winter and is prone to leaks. If you're in the first room on the right, be prepared for noise from the flat below, as this year's neighbors are quite loud. The landlord is a pretty good guy, though he can be hard to reach at times. Overall, the best things about the place are its location and size, while the worst is the proximity to noisy neighbors.

The house had roof access and was very central, just off the Octagon, which was the best part since being on the 4th story meant I didn't need heating. However, the rooms were small and not soundproof. The landlord is a good guy, but it did take a while for him to respond to emails and calls.
The walls are incredibly thin, so you can hear the neighbors even just talking at a normal volume, which is the worst part of living here since it's not soundproof. On the plus side, the landlord is good and pretty chill, and the best thing about this place is the price for the location.
The flat is spacious with a big lounge, but there are some significant downsides. The laundry situation is bad, and we found mould in both the bathroom and laundry. It was also cold, and the place wasn't cleaned before we moved in, despite the landlord saying it would be. Additionally, the landlord has been a bit slow to sort things out.
