The house is great—warm in the winter with nice furnishings, though the recent decorations feel cheap, leading to flimsy fixtures. However, beware of the landlord; he seems nice but is actually out to rip you off. We had to go to tribunal because he wanted to charge us for everything, despite leaving the place immaculate and even touching up scratches that were already there. The best thing about the flat is its warmth, but the worst part is definitely the landlord.
