I really enjoy living in this flat; it's warm and in a great location, just 15 minutes from uni. The large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes are a plus, and I love the afternoon sun in the west-facing rooms. However, having only one toilet for four bedrooms can be a bit inconvenient, and the lack of soundproofing means I often hear everything my flatmates and neighbors are doing. On the bright side, the landlord is super friendly and quick to help with any issues.

The house is rather warm, which is definitely the best thing about it. The landlord can be personal but is super caring about tenants. However, the creaking floors can be a bit annoying at times.
The house is relatively warm and a good price, with two car parks and decent power bills. The landlord can be a bit slow to respond when work needs to be done, but he generally gets it sorted, and property inspections are planned and not a big deal. The best thing about the flat is its location and quality, while the worst aspect is the noisiness.
I found the flat to be generally warm and a good size, with quick responses from the property managers to any problems or questions. The landlord is professional and helpful, though quite strict. Overall, it’s a newish flat that has served me well despite the frequent inspections.
The house is well insulated with six rooms, a nice lounge, and no mould. The landlord is probably good, but he's not great at communication and can be hard to get hold of. The best thing about living here is definitely the people, while the worst part is the smoky kitchen.
I really enjoyed living in this flat right by Willowbank, as the location was definitely the best thing about it. However, the thin walls made it hard to have privacy. Additionally, the landlord would often turn up unexpectedly, which was a bit unsettling.
The house is warm, not too damp, and has lots of windows, which I really appreciate. The landlord is very business-like, which can be a bit off-putting. However, the worst part has to be the bogan neighbours.
