The house is damp with mould constantly growing in the shower and bedrooms due to a lack of insulation, making it freezing in winter; I could see my breath in the bedrooms despite having a heat pump in the lounge. The shower pressure is great for a cold shower, but if you want it even slightly warm, it’s just a dribble. The landlord does nothing and refuses to take responsibility for issues like mould and a broken washing machine, blaming everything on the tenants instead. The best thing about the place is the deck, but the worst is definitely the mould, dampness, and cold.
