The flat is reasonably new, in good condition, double glazed, somewhat recent fittings. Okay layout, good garden and location, pretty good value for money (you can pay way more for way worse). No dryer but covered area at the back which is good for drying clothes and storing bikes. Property manager however is the most incompetent person we have ever had the misfortune of dealing with - has to be told things (in writing!) about 5 times til they understand it, does things like books an inspection and then completely forgets about it, when our lease was being renewed they would harass us to complete forms that they were meant to send us but didn't. Every interaction with this PM has been a complete pain.
