I really appreciate the location of our flat; it's close to both the city and the university, which is perfect for my daily routine. The size is also great for a young couple, and it comes with all the necessary facilities like a fridge, washing machine, and dryer. However, the design could use improvement for better light and ventilation, especially during the summer. Our landlord is somewhat distant, as he manages multiple properties and didn't respond to our maintenance request after a heavy rain caused leaking issues.
