Overall, the flat is in good condition, warm, and in a great location, which I really appreciate. However, the landlord can be slow or unresponsive to problems and questions. The best part is definitely the warmth and location, but the lack of lighting at the doorway makes for a scary entrance at night.

This year, my flat has been an upgrade from previous years, being warm and dry, with my bedroom featuring double glazed windows. However, it failed its flat warrant of fitness due to some concerning issues, like the lack of a window in the lounge, non-working light sockets, and no outside lighting, which makes it dangerous at night. While our property manager is slow to respond and has ignored my queries, the best part of the flat is its warmth, though the shower head leaks, which is frustrating. Overall, it's a good flat, but it needs a few upgrades to be technically sound.
The flat is in a great location above shops on George Street and is warm. The landlord is really good and relaxed, though hard to contact, especially when trying to secure the flat. The best thing about living here is definitely the location, but the worst is that the living room is always dark.
The house itself is fine, but the best part for me was the lounge setup. The landlord is very easygoing and relaxed during inspections, though communication could be better since she takes a while to respond. On the downside, there's quite a bit of noise from George Street.
