The flat is in a terrible condition and would be more habitable if it was demolished, with mouldy, rotting windows, cobwebs in every corner, and spiders the size of my wrist. The toilet area is potentially dangerous due to eroded tiles and support, and the carpet looks about a century old. The backyard is a refuse heap, with strangers leaving junk and stagnant puddles breeding mosquitoes. The management company is dreadful; they are unresponsive to emails and quick to demand rent, while repairs for broken tiles and dangerous conditions take months. The only redeeming quality is the location, which isn’t even that good, as virtually everything else is a nightmare.
