I love our flat, especially the amazing, modern kitchen and the size of the rooms. The only downside is having just one bathroom for five people, but we've managed since we're all close mates. Our landlord Max from Darling Realty has been super informative and nice to deal with, even getting shortlisted for the best landlord competition run by OUSA. Overall, it's a great place with a toasty warm sleepout, a large backyard, and an awesome deck!

I had a mixed experience with my flat rental. The house had a spider problem, and the thin walls made it hard to have any privacy. I definitely wouldn't recommend going with Century 21, NEV as a landlord.
