Walls and doors are a bit grimy with a few cracks in them. House only has roof insulation so can get quite chilly. The laundry being seperate from the house is actually quite nice and hasn't been an issue. The kitchen cannot really fit more than 2 people in it at 1 time and the stove top is on an angle so food cooks a bit averagly. Does have 1 bedroom that doesn't recieve natural light but it stays warmer than the other rooms. Great location very handy for everything and priority Hyde tickets is an absolute clutch. Parking is a pain but not terrible if you don't move your car too often. Overall is a standard dunedin flat but great locatio!
