The shower can be a bit of a pain, but we never ran out of hot water. The wardrobes collected some mould, which could be fixed with damp rid, and it can get cold even when it's warm outside. The room size is great, but it was disappointing that there was no lounge. Also, after the landlord switched to a property manager, it became harder to get a response.

Resident Reviews
The flat has a good kitchen space, new beds, and a decent-sized TV, with all rooms featuring nice new curtains and carpet; three of them are quite spacious. However, it gets very little sun, making it quite dark, especially in winter, and the washing line doesn't help much for drying clothes. Hot water is often an issue, and it can be freezing inside—I've seen my breath on cold days. On the plus side, the landlord has been quick to respond to issues this year, and overall, it’s a visually nice flat with good rooms.
I really enjoyed the fantastic living area with its joint kitchen and living room, and the space and layout were definitely the best features. The bathroom and toilets were good, but the place felt a bit tatty overall, and the wonky doors let in drafts. It's conveniently close to New World, but I heard the owners might want to take it down for Gardens College, so I doubt there will be any improvements, just maintenance. The landlord is connected to Gardens College and works nearby, which is a plus.
