I really enjoyed living in this large, well-insulated house with a perfect location and great privacy from the fence. The UFB internet was a plus, and our landlord, who only owns this house and his personal home, truly takes pride in maintaining it. The only downside was that the kitchen felt a bit small for six tenants.

The house was incredibly cold and very mouldy; I could see my breath at all times, and I had to throw out a lot of my wardrobe due to damage. Snow, hail, rain, and loud wind came through the poorly sealed chimneys, and there was no off-street parking. While the bedrooms were really big and the location was fantastic in terms of closeness to campus, the property manager was reluctant to fix problems, like a hole in the floor that led to the earth underneath. Overall, the best thing was the location, but the coldness was definitely the worst part.
The flat has three big rooms and one small one with a balcony and built-in wardrobe, but it's damp and hard to keep warm due to the high ceilings. The tiny kitchen and dark lounge can be a downside, and the busy road brings a fair amount of student noise on Thursday and Saturday nights. The landlord can be good if she likes you, but the dampness is definitely the worst part, while the location is the best feature.
