The house is conveniently close to town and the hospital, making it a great location. While the landlord can be hard to reach depending on the issue, they are very laid back and don’t conduct flat inspections. The best part is the warm atmosphere, especially for Dunedin, but one bedroom is pretty small and there's no yard.
