I rented an individual room in a flat with a friendly landlord. The best feature was the sufficient hot water, but the poor heater was definitely a downside. Overall, the surroundings were quiet and safe.

I found the house to be insulated, in great condition, almost new, and very clean with aluminum windows. The landlord was very responsive and well-mannered, which made the experience pleasant. The best thing about the place is that it's clean, dry, and warm, but the worst part is the hike up the hill.
