The house is very cold, with mould growing on the lounge wall and in some rooms, making winter unbearable. While it has nice decor and a good outdoor area, the landlord believes that "freezing cold" is normal and refuses to install insulation or double glazing. The best feature is definitely the shower, but the worst part is the lack of warmth due to poor heating placement and insulation.
