I really enjoyed living in this flat; it felt very homey and the landlords were really great. The big bedrooms and great location near the supermarket and bus stop were definite perks. However, the lack of sun in winter made it damp and mouldy, and clothes just wouldn't dry without using a drier. Overall, it would be the perfect flat if it could get some sun during the colder months.

The house has good sized rooms and is double glazed, which is a plus. Bob, the landlord, is great and super helpful—such a good sort. The best thing about the flat is the price, but the worst thing is definitely the location.
I lived in a 6 bedroom flat that was great for parties, but being in the valley made it very cold and damp. The landlord was helpful, always taking the rubbish for us on Sunday mornings. The best things were the space and the good bathroom, but the worst aspects were the cold and mould.
