I found the flat to be good with an ideal location, and the landlord was quick to reply and easy to deal with. The sunny front porch is definitely the best feature, although the one small room at the back is a downside, but the rent is cheaper for that space.

I really love this flat; it's really cool and close to uni, but it gets very cold in winter! The landlord is fantastic and very nice, which makes living here even better.
The house has a tiny but brand new kitchen that makes the most of the space, though there are odd slopes in a few rooms. The landlord is very lovely, fair, and approachable, always maintaining their properties annually. The best part is the morning sun in the lounge and the amazing shower, while the worst aspects include a small living room and old, mouldy window frames.
The house has good sun out front and stays warm when you close the kitchen door, plus it features a new kitchen. The landlord is great, and the best thing about the place is its proximity to the university, with no real downsides to mention. An interesting note is that it’s called 'Over the Hedge,' established in 2013.
The house was decent, but the landlord was unresponsive at times. The best thing about living here was the location, which was really convenient. However, the worst thing was the lack of maintenance, as some issues took a while to get addressed.
