I really like this flat; it's close to the university and the price is significantly less than other options in the area. While there is some mould around the windows and above the shower that requires regular cleaning, the flat is much warmer and sunnier than others I've seen. We've changed landlords halfway through the year, but I haven't had any problems with either. Overall, the best things are the price and location, while the worst is definitely the mould.

The house is freezing; at first, I thought it was haunted, but it’s just an awful draught with paper covering holes in the wall and creaky floors. The landlord makes changes but doesn't seem to notice basic issues, like a broken door. The best thing about this place is the 2-minute walk to university and the price, but the worst thing is definitely the building itself.
I lived in a small 4-bedroom flat where one room was significantly smaller, but it had good insulation, keeping it quite warm. The living area and back room received very little sun, which was a downside. The landlords were a lovely couple who were very efficient in responding to emails, though one was quite particular about the cleanliness of the 40-year-old oven. The best part was the location, as it was very close to the university and town, but the dark living areas were definitely the worst aspect.
The flat has a fireplace, which makes it warm and comfortable in the winter, and that's definitely the best feature. However, the toilet and shower are in an awkward place right next to the kitchen, and there's no soundproofing, which can be a downside. On the bright side, the landlord has not been a problem at all.
The location of the flat is the best thing about it, but there are some drawbacks. The door often gets jammed, and the kitchen cupboard opens in a stupid way. On the plus side, the landlord is chatty and easy to talk to.
The house was warmer inside than outside, and I never had to use the heat pump, which was great. However, four out of five rooms had condensation issues, and I found mould on my clothes, which was not ideal. The landlords are good; they come around to mow the lawns a few times a year and respond well to problems, like when I contacted them about a toilet issue and a plumber came the next day.
The house has a good location, with two toilets, a dishwasher, and it stays warm, which I really appreciate. However, the rosebush out front can be a bit of a nuisance, and I've noticed that the doors tend to get jammed. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
The flat has an outside room, so the actual living space is just three bedrooms with a tiny kitchen and lounge. The landlord is a great guy and pretty chill. The best thing about the place is its location, only five minutes from the university, but the worst part is the small and messy backyard.
The house has a great location, which is definitely its best feature. The landlord is generally good, but he often promises improvements that he doesn't follow through on. One downside is that two of the rooms are sleepouts.
The house has a kitten under it, which is cute, but it can be quite cold and there's a problem with moisture. On the plus side, the landlord is reliable and approachable, and the best part about living here has definitely been the flatmates.
The two rooms at the top floor are very sunny, which I loved. The location is definitely the best part of this flat, but we did have a sewage leak that was quite a hassle. On the plus side, the landlord makes sure they get shit done that you ask.
I really enjoyed my time living in this flat due to its good location, which is close to both the university and town. The best thing about the house was definitely the location.

The house has big rooms and great front windows for people watching, but the backyard and clothesline are pretty much useless since they don't get much sun. Our landlord kept the bond of the previous tenants due to the poor state they left the place in, and instead of cleaning it up, we moved in to a messy home. On the plus side, the landlord was generally good about handling issues since his sons are tradesmen. The best thing about the flat is definitely the location, but it’s frustrating that there are only two nice rooms compared to four less desirable ones.
