This is the coldest flat I've ever lived in, with one room being massive, which is a plus. Unfortunately, it only gets sunlight for 5 whole minutes in the winter because the hill blocks it, and our power bill was $500 one month. The landlord is friendly enough, but the house is so cold that my clothes go damp overnight.
